Step 1: Free Strategy Call (30 minutes – Zoom)

Step 2: Confirm & Prep (Booking & Planning)

If we’re a good fit, you’ll:

  • Sign the service agreement
  • Submit payment
  • Your onboarding will begin
 

Step 3: Onboarding Call (60 minutes – Zoom)

Before your consult day, we’ll meet for a dedicated strategy call to:

  • Deep-dive into your chosen focus area
  • Set clear goals and define the scope of what we’ll tackle during your One-Day Ops Consult
  • Align on expectations, tools, access needs, and communication for the day
 

Step 4: One-Day Ops Consult (6 Hours of Hands-On Support)

  • We’ll meet at the beginning of the day for a quick kickoff (15–30 minutes)
  • I’ll get to work behind the scenes on your systems, workflows, or strategic project
  • You’ll be available for check-ins as needed (via Slack, Voxer, or email)
  • At the end of the day, we’ll meet for a brief wrap-up to walk through your deliverables
 

Step 5: Follow-Up Support (Optional Add-On)

You’ll receive:

  • A summary of what was completed
  • Loom walkthroughs if needed
  • Next-step recommendations to continue momentum
